I need weekend cover for fan support on two creator accounts. Saturdays and Sundays, roughly six hours total across the day.
Straightforward work: replies, order questions, the occasional complaint. Full SOP, and I am on call if anything unusual comes up.
This suits someone building a support portfolio or working other support roles alongside it.
