Fansflow.work is the job board of fansflow.me. Everything here is about producing work in the real world: photo and video shoots, edit and post, styling, locations, talent and the crews that hold a production together.
What we are
We are a small team that got tired of finding a photographer through three different group chats. The board exists so that a producer can post a call for a stylist, and a stylist can answer with a rate and a calendar, and both of them know it happened.
Everything is organised by field rather than by platform. If you shoot, you are in Photography or Video. If you finish a project, you are in Editing or Sound. If you find people, you are in Scouting. That way the search stays honest.
How we work
Real work, stated plainly
Location, rate and dates belong in the ad, not in a private message three days later.
IRL is the default
Most of this work happens on a set, in a studio or on location. Online work is fine when it is marked as such.
No traffic, no accounts
No buying or selling traffic, accounts, profiles or software. Those listings get removed.
A human reads every ad
Nothing goes live automatically. That is slower and it is the point.
