Chatter — nights, UK hours, on a team of six

I am looking for a reliable night-shift chatter for our team of six. What the role involves: • Handling DMs across four assigned creator accounts • Building genuine relationships rather than pushing hard sells • PPV upselling and tip menu management • Running occasional mass messages and welcome sequences • Daily short handover notes for the next shift I care more about tone and consistency than raw volume. If you write well, stay calm with difficult replies, and can hit a consistent weekly target, we will get along. Base rate plus a clear commission structure on net sales. Shifts are 22:00–06:00 UK, four nights a week, with flexibility on weekends.
