Virtual Assistant for a 60-creator management agency

We run a management agency with around 60 creators across three timezones and we need a VA to take first-line operations off the manager. What you would do: • Manage the shared inbox and triage fan replies that need escalation • Maintain the weekly content and shoot schedule • Coordinate payout runs and flag discrepancies • Keep the SOP wiki current as processes change • Handle scheduling for shoots and onboarding calls What we are looking for: someone organised and comfortable with a structured workflow, ideally with prior agency or creator-economy experience. Hours are 4–6 per day, IST afternoon, with some flexibility. This is a long-term role with a real chance to grow into an ops manager position. Apply with a short intro and your availability.
