Chat Team Lead for a growing OnlyFans roster

Our chat team has grown from four to eleven people in two months and we need a lead who can run the shift structure and hold quality. Responsibilities: • Own the shift rota across UK, CET and EST hours • Review a sample of chats daily against our tone and compliance standards • Coach chatters on PPV menus, upselling and retention conversations • Flag and escalate anything that touches our compliance policy • Report weekly on chat volume, conversion and retention numbers We want someone who has been a high-performing chatter and can now hold a team. This is a salary role, not commission-only, and there is a performance bonus on top. You will need to be online during overlapping hours with EU and US morning/evening windows.
