In-person work, and what it actually needs

Studio hires, production days and location work are a real category here. This is what a listing needs to include to be taken seriously.

Most of FanFlow.work is remote, but not all of it. Studio photography, on-location video, makeup and hair for production days, and similar work are a genuine part of the industry, and the listings deserve the same standard of detail as remote roles.

Name the actual location

Not "Europe" and not "can be remote". A specific city and a specific studio name. If it is a rented space, say which one and in which district, so someone can actually plan travel.

State who provides what

Who brings the camera, who brings the lighting, who provides the models, who handles the booking. A day rate means very different things depending on whether the kit is included.

Give the call time, not just the hours

An early call means 06:00. Saying "6 hours" and "starting at 06:00" are different offers, and the second one is the one that matters.

Be clear about the split

A makeup artist working a production day is very different from one hired for a single shoot. Say which, and say the rate for each.

Travel

If you cover travel, say so and say how it is claimed. If you do not, say that too. Unclear travel terms are the most common source of a bad first engagement.
