Technical Support contractor for a creator platform stack

I support several agencies and I need one reliable technical contractor to share the on-call load. What it involves: • First-line troubleshooting for the platform stack agencies run on • Fixing broken automations and syncs • Small maintenance work on internal dashboards • Escalating properly rather than guessing Hours are irregular and peak in European evenings. Paid per hour, invoiced monthly, with an on-call retainer on top. You do not need to know the industry — you need to be methodical and honest about what you do and do not know.
