Short-form video editor for a creator brand (reels pack)

I produce one creator brand's short-form output and I need an editor to take the bulk of the cutting. The work: • Turning long-form material into 8–12 captioned shorts per week • Hook retention in the first two seconds, subtitle styling to our brand guide • End cards and simple motion graphics where needed • Export presets for vertical and square I care about pacing and consistency more than effects. If you have edited for creators before you will know exactly what I mean. Roughly 25–30 hours per week, deliveries Monday and Thursday. Long-term contract with a trial pack first.
